A lovely Mabel Lucie Attwell nursery ware milk jug designed for Shelley and first introduced in 1926. Modelled as a saluting Boo Boo, his arm forming the handle. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Rare to find in this condition. A classic design which displays beautifully. Signed 'Mabel Lucie Attwell' to the side, and 'Shelley, England' and 'Rd. 724421' to the base. Height 15.25cm (6in)
