A lovely Hancock's 'Cherry Ripe' plate designed by Molly Hancock with a vibrant hand painted fruiting tree against a deep blue/green background. In great condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Age related crazing more noticeable on the reverse, but still a fine item that shows the design to beautiful effect. A classic Molly Hancock design, though not seen that often, especially in such good order. 'Hancock and Son, Corona Ware, Cherry-Ripe' mark with 'Molly Hancock des.' signature.
