A lovely art deco period Grimwades 'Lakeland' 3 bar toast rack. Hand painted in bright colours with lots of detail. In great condition, no chips, cracks or restoration. Some age related crazing, typical of these wares but nothing to detract and really only noticed under magnification. A fine display item, the design first introduced in 1936. Circular art deco 'Grimwade's Royal Winton' mark and 'Lakeland' with 'Registration no. 810588'. Length 11.75cm (4.6in)
