Lovely Clarice Cliff Autumn 'Crocus' Tea Plate c1939 (Sold)

A fine Clarice Cliff tea plate beautifully painted in Autumn Crocus circa 1939. In great condition with no scratches and little sign of wear. Slight crazing of the honey glaze, really only seen under close scrutiny and nothing to detract from the display value of this lovely item. A good clean example. Gold Royal Staffordshire mark with Crocus by Clarice Cliff signature. Diameter 16.5cm (6.5in)
