Information
A large dust pressed Art Nouveau tile with a draughts/chessboard design of alternating plain and relief moulded squares. The scrolled border has a moulded cartouche with LFC on each side. An unusual olive green glaze which has a lovely metallic iridescent sheen. In good antique condition with only a couple of minor glaze scuffs to high points, barely noticeable and nothing to detract from this rare item. Impressed LEEDS FIRECLAY CO. LTD. WORTLEY LEEDS.
