A lovely Wemyss Ware octagonal pen tray decorated with cabbage roses. Bright colours showing Wemyss rose painting at its best. In good overall condition, though there is a professionally restored rim chip to the reverse (very well executed, so difficult to detect) but nothing to detract from the stunning display value of this rare shape. Impressed 'WEMYSS' and Thomas Goode oval stamp. Length 24.2cm (9.5in)
