A superb Charlotte Rhead tube-lined 'Fruit Border' wall plaque. A massive 14 inches plus, which shows beautifully the skill of the tube-liners and paintresses. A rich and vibrant design produced in 1938. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Signed 'C Rhead' and decorator's mark 'J' for Dora Jones. Printed 'Crown Ducal, Made in England' mark. Diameter 36.25cm (14.25in)
