A fine plate from this series of English and Scottish views with a distinctive border of acorns and oak leaves. Printed in medium blue with a parkland scene of a woman and child with their dog in the foreground, men fishing in the river Tay and Dalguise House in the background. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. A charming Scottish scene that displays beautifully. Printed 'Dalguise Perthshire' in an octagonal panel with impressed 'GR' (George Rex) Crown. Diameter 25.25cm (9.95in)
