Hand Painted Rockingham style Pink Lustre Porcelain Teapot c1835

A lovely Rockingham style teapot, totally hand painted with pink lustre flowers and scrolling leaves. The relief moulded spout and handle also have detail picked out in pink lustre with touches of green enamel. In exceptional condition; no chips, cracks or repairs, and showing very minimal signs of wear or use. The inside is lovely and clean too. Very rare to find a teapot of this age in this condition. Unmarked, but made by a good Staffordshire or Northern factory. Height 19cm (7.5in), length 23cm (9.1in)
