A fine Grimwade's Bruce Bairnsfather plaque depicting one of his World War One 'Old Bill' cartoons with the caption 'Dear _ At Present We Are Staying At A Farm' - sitting amongst bombed ruins writing a postcard home. Printed in sepia with Bruce Bairnsfather signature. In great condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Mild age related crazing typical of these wares. Pierced foot rim for hanging.
