A lovely indented plate from Spode's rare Botanical series. Printed in medium blue with double narcissi on a line engraved ground which creates a soft blue effect, delicately emphasizing the white of the flowers. The floral border is on a stippled ground and the outer rim has intertwined bands. A superb item in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. Printed and impressed 'SPODE'. Diameter 25cm (9.8in)
