A superb Clarice Cliff Bizarre Coronet shape jug. Beautifully painted with bold strokes and large crocus. In good condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. Only point to mention is the odd minor scratch here and there (see images), but nothing to detract from the display value of this lovely well painted example. A classic Clarice design that looks great on this shape. Early hand painted 'CROCUS' in green with 'Bizarre by Clarice Cliff' mark. Height 17.75cm (7in)
