A lovely arcaded plate made only a couple of years before the factory closed. Printed in dark blue with radiating segments containing aesthetic movement flowers and blossom in the Japanese style fashionable in this period. The basket weave inner rim hand painted in dark cobalt blue to match. In great condition. Impressed Davenport with Anchor and date impressed for 1884. Diameter 21cm (8.25in)
