A superb Imari pattern 6064 campana shaped inkwell standing on a circular plinth supported by three lion's paw feet. Complete with original cover. The plinth and cover with a pale pink ground finished with cobalt blue and best gold. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. Rare to find inkwells of this age in such good order. A real gem that displays beautifully. Printed Crown mark in red with Davenport, Longport, Staffordshire and painted pattern number 6064. Height with cover 13cm (5.1in)
