An early Copeland green majolica vine leaf plate. A lovely plate with good depth of colour. In reasonable condition; no chips, though there is a small hairline on the edge (stable and only noticed under close scrutiny). Displays beautifully. Impressed 'COPELAND' c1850. Diameter 22.5cm (8.8in)
