A lovely red earthenware Poole Pottery bowl in the HH pattern designed by Truda (Adams) Carter and expertly painted by Clarice Heath. A striking 'Paisley' style design of green, blue and purple scrolling leaves, first produced in the early 1920s. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. Great to find in such good order. Impressed CARTER STABLER ADAMS Ltd POOLE ENGLAND and painted pattern reference HH with decorator's mark for Clarice Heath. Rim diameter 17.75cm (7in)
