A fine vintage Carlton Ware 'knot handle' dish (shape 1988) beautifully enamelled with a pagoda in a landscape on a vert royale background. Highlighted and lavishly finished with best gold. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration and no sign of wear. A superb example, rare to find in such good order. Carlton Ware script mark with impressed shape number. Length 29cm (11.3in)
