A lovely Carlton Ware diamond shape tray with fin handles - shape number 1286 produced from 1935 to 1941. The smallest of three sizes, it's beautifully decorated with raised enamel anemones in pinks, blues and purples on a pale green background. In great condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear to the gilding. Carlton Ware script mark, impressed shape 1286 and painted pattern reference 4219. Length 22.5cm (8.9in), width 17cm (6.7in).
