A lovely Burleigh Ware vase hand enamelled with scrolling leaves and poppies in vibrant greens, orange, yellow, violet and mauve on a striped cream and pale orange ground. Very stylish and in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration. A rarely seen shape and design. Printed Burleigh Ware beehive mark with W. Adams signature, pattern reference 5052 and shape number 98. Height 17cm (6.75in)
