A stunning relief moulded jug by Burleigh Ware hand painted with a garden scene on a yellow ground - steps and a rockery with tulips, hollyhocks and delphiniums in blue and orange. The handle is formed from clusters of flowers in blue with yellow centres. A much sought after design and in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or restoration and showing little sign of wear. Rare to find in such good order. Printed Burleigh Ware beehive mark with painted pattern number 5125 and decorator's mark. Height 18.5cm (7.25in)
