A superb pair of Royal Worcester claret jugs decorated with art sprays of wild roses and meadow flowers. Hand enamelled in yellow, pink, cerise, green and blue on a soft apricot glaze of blush ivory and finished in best gold, they are both in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or restoration and showing little signs of wear. Rare to find a true pair in such good order. Printed Royal Worcester marks, shape number 1047 and date coded for 1911 (20 dots).
