A superb Royal Doulton Dickens 'A' Series large oval Leeds dish designed by Charles Noke. Depicting the arch villain Bill Sykes from 'Oliver Twist'. In excellent condition - not even crazed. Rare to find in such good order. A great example of this very collectable series. Noke signature to the front (just visible). Royal Doulton backstamp with special Dickensware mark.
