An unusual Shorter covered butter dish in the very collectable 'anemone' pattern. Strong vibrant colours; a good example of this design. In great condition; some glaze imperfections associated with these wares, but nothing to detract from this lovely piece. Marked 'Shorter and Son'. Diameter at base 15.25cm (6in)
