A lovely Royal Doulton bone china child's plate in the scarce Nursery Rhymes L series introduced in 1916. Based on illustrations by Ann Anderson who at the time was as popular as Mabel Lucie Attwell. Twelve nursery rhymes are known to have been used, this one depicting 'Oranges and Lemons'. In great condition, showing minimal signs of age and wear. Displays beautifully.
