A superb Shelley 'Melody' chintz pottery muffin dish and domed cover with blue handle and trim. In excellent condition; very rare to find this shape in such good order. No chips, cracks, restoration or staining. A beautiful display item and a real rarity. Green 'Shelley, England' and 'Melody' backstamps with painted pattern number. Diameter of base 19.5cm (7.7in)
