A superb Poole Pottery 404 two handled tray or cake stand in red earthenware and decorated with the EE (Fuchsia) pattern designed by Truda Carter and beautifully painted by Marjorie Batt. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration. A rare shape, difficult to find especially in such good order. Impressed POOLE ENGLAND and painted pattern reference EE with decorator's mark for Marjorie Batt. Width with handles 28cm (11in)
