A lovely little art deco shaped embossed vase from Maling and dating from 1936. Hand painted peonies in yellow, purple and pink on a waved Victoria green background. In great condition and nicely painted, these art deco shapes are becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in this condition. Printed Maling mark, impressed shape V3 and painted pattern no. 6505. Height 12.5cm (4.8in)
