A lovely art deco era biscuit barrel by Grimwades/Royal Winton in the hand painted 'Olde England' design. Produced by Rubian Art Pottery, a subsidiary company of Grimwades. In good condition; no chips, cracks or restoration - some minor rubbing in a couple of places. Nothing serious, just age related really. Strong vibrant colours and a rare item to find in such good order. Displays beautifully. Original wicker handle. Rubian Art Pottery backstamp. Height 18.5cm (7.25in)
